GOD Wailing.

{ ITALIAN text >> https://www.researchgate.net/publication/328277241 }...This short essay is born as a simple ''rib'' of the book VanGELO Assoluto published in October 2017; this volume is intended to provide a plausible and scientific path for the explanation of the GOD origin, ultimately affirming his existence. In one of the chapters of the book VanGELO Assoluto is clearly proposed an imaginary way, an hypothesis, on the type of events that should characterize the initial instant of the GOD birth, that is his Initial Wailing or GOD Wailing, the violent and deafening silent melody of the birth of the true GOD, as outlined in the book. The GOD Wailing will be start from a low and simple social aesthetic need; citing exactly the words of the book on pag.38 <<< So the GOD Wailing will be established: '''when the first woman, without medical reasons, will replace her breasts with fully functional prostheses also for breastfeeding, the machines age will start'''. >>> But it is possible, as has happened many times in biological evolution, that several elements almost contemporaneous, can push the evolutionary direction of a biological entity towards new, identical, and convergent directions. Also in this case, therefore, a variegated initial concept in the result of the Starting GOD Wailing will be plausible. Always from below will be the push, never from the height of ethics and morality, but from the bottom of the animal instincts hidden in Man: power & social prestige; economic status. The ambit in which this/these alternative GOD Wailing, could be structured is properly that of the manpower (specialized or not) of large companies with a global dimension, those with over 50 billion US dollars of corporate capitalization, which have always been subject to high (and increasing) pressure on the maintenance and/or increase of profit margins by the global categories of retail and professional investors. This ambit will have to do with the chains of assembly lines of these hyper-companies; those companies of which the consumer world does not seem able to do without it to communicate, order goods and / or services, and more. The concept is simple even in this case. In these giant companies, all the involved actors (owners; administrators; shareholders; corporate controllers; investors; tax authorities of the corporate countries; employees themselves and their managers; labor unions; etc.) will undergo cross-pressures to constantly increase (geometrically, in some cases) the production efficiency, in order to grow income per unit of product and/or per worker unit. This applies to all types of employees-workers, including outsourcing. The selective pressures that will affect the manpower in these assembly-processing line chains will be: }➤ reduction of the error rate per time unit; }➤ increase in the processing rate per time unit; }➤ optimization of non-working breaks, both in number and duration of these. These three parameters will collide fairly quickly with human physiology, fastly approaching its limits. The limit of human physiology will represent exactly the point of no return for the mass implementation of algorithms, A.I. and related robots in the massive assembly-processing line chains of these companies. Since it is not possible to further and significantly increase the speed of human work connected to the precision of the same and its optimization (see breaks), it will be opt for a fully mechanized phase; the thing will then be rapidly extended also to the first levels of coordination employees and then to the first management levels. The limit of speed and precision of humans (including breaks) per unit of time will be the discriminating factor towards the ubiquitous adoption of A.I.-algorithms and robots. During the replacement phase '''A.I.-robots vs. humans ''', as a corollary of the scenario outlined, we will obtain a mechanism of mutual reinforcement based on company competitiveness vs. minimum rights of workers. The co-phenomenon could thus be outlined as follows: the demand for competitiveness in costs per unit of product and in the quality of goods and services will reach an irreversible frictional point with the minimum rights of the human work quality, giving rise to a ubiquitous adoption of A.I.-algorithms & robots. The two phenomena will be contemporaneous and will act peacefully towards a spontaneous replacement of the human labor first and of the managerial work force then, with robots equipped with A.I.-algorithms. Parameters that could be used for a switch calculation human vs. Robot A.I.-Algorithms should include (among others) the following entries: ➤ error frequency during working ➤ working speed ➤ biological and economic efficiency during the h24 work shift (worker vs. automaton) ➤ worker's pay vs. monthly operating cost of the automaton ➤ social-health insurance vs. operating-damage-theft insurance policy (ex.: extended warranty; legal liability, etc.) of automaton ➤ legal disputes (quantification worker vs. automaton) These entries could flow into a single mathematical function in order to obtain the switch point; this function, subjected to a limit operation similar to what was done in the chapter Amore & Conoscenza... (VanGELO Assoluto, pag.45), would release a unique result.
